- Thanks for suggesting I send a message to Zoom. For eveyone's info, I
- did send a message to both Zoom and Netcom last Saturday. It's now
- Thursday morning and I haven't heard anything in response.

- I took the WinFax off to get the modem communications stable before I
- reinstall the fax software again.

- I don't know if the other faxmodems have better customer service, but
- I'm not impressed with Zoom.
